GEO Site Auditor is a browser extension that audits the page you are currently viewing for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) signals. This policy describes, in full, every way the extension interacts with data and the network.
No account, no analytics, no telemetry. The extension does not create user accounts, does not run any analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and does not send usage statistics anywhere.
The audit runs entirely in your browser. Every check (schema.org,
E-E-A-T signals, stats, first paragraph, meta/heading, llms.txt,
sitemap.xml, robots.txt) reads the DOM of the page you're on and, for
the last three checks, makes a same-origin request to that same site. None
of this data is sent to us or to any third party.
Selectors configuration fetch. To keep the extension working if a
major site changes its markup, the extension periodically fetches a
small, static JSON file (selectors.json) from GitHub Pages. This file
contains only CSS selector lists: no user data, no page content, and no
identifiers are sent with this request.
Payments handled by ExtensionPay (Stripe). Upgrading to Pro is processed entirely by ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe for payment processing. We never receive or store your card details. ExtensionPay's own privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
Local storage only. Quota counters, cached selectors, and your Pro status are stored locally on your device using the browser's extension storage API. Nothing is synced to a server we control.
